Our Culture
Executive Team Announcement
Our software verticals – five verticals that power “everyday life” activities
Connie Certusi, who leads our Field Services vertical, will continue to lead the Field Services team. Field Services delivers software and payments for US businesses that take care of daily needs for homeowners and commercial businesses. Field Services clients include air conditioning and heating repair, electricians, landscapers, cleaners, locksmiths and more.
Christina Hamilton, who leads our Boutique Wellness vertical, will continue to lead the Boutique team. Our Boutique vertical operates primarily in the US, providing business management software solutions for studios and fitness professionals in the boutique fitness and wellness space.
Tom Beidle, who leads our Personal Services vertical, will continue to lead the Personal Services team. Tom and his team deliver software and payments for businesses primarily in the US, like dry cleaning, laundromats, restoration services and more.
Davin Miller, who leads our Health and Fitness vertical, will continue to lead the Health and Fitness team. Our Health and Fitness vertical operates in Australasia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and in North America, providing business management software solutions, integrated payments and commerce-enabling solutions for gyms, health clubs, leisure centres, parks and recreation centres and fitness professionals.
Mark Woodland, who leads the Education vertical, will continue to lead the Education team. Our Education vertical operates in Australia & New Zealand and provides business management software and payment solutions for the childcare sector.
Payments division
Steven Holmes, who currently is Chief Operating Officer at TSG, will lead our new combined payments division, including Operations across all of Xplor. Matt Morrow, will remain Chief Revenue Officer, reporting to Steven. Chris Ryan, will remain SVP, Operations, reporting to Steven. Jennifer Worley will join our payment division to head up Payment Products in the US soon. Jennifer will also report to Steven. This team will have its own revenue targets and will play a critical role in delivering our group strategy to integrate software, payments and commerce-enabling solutions.
Technology
Scott Miggo, will lead the combined Xplor Technology function. Raffaella Del Prete, who is TSG’s CIO, will take on an expanded role across Xplor, reporting to Scott. Scott and his team will be responsible for the investment to transform Clearent’s cloud-based payments platform into a global payment platform with multi-currency features that allows clients and partners to plug and play into our suite of software solutions.
Our global functions
Nichole Viviani, currently Chief People Officer for TSG, will lead the Xplor People team. Melinda Vedder, Clearent’s SVP People, will take on responsibility for global Business Partnering and Reward, reporting to Nichole. Our commitment to making this one of the best companies to work for hasn’t changed.
Brent Coles, Clearent’s CFO and Scott Maud, TSG’s CFO, will both continue in their current roles, collectively leading Xplor’s Finance function.
Ruwan De Soyza, TSG’s Group General Counsel will lead the Xplor Legal and Compliance team as Group General Counsel. Mary Kate Hogan, Clearent’s General Counsel, will report to Ruwan.·
Javier Nieto, TSG’s Chief Marketing Officer will lead the Xplor Corporate Marketing team, working closely with the Marketing teams in our software verticals and payments division.
Chief of Staff
Finally, I’m pleased to announce that we are creating a new function, to be led by Ieuan Owen, Xplor’s new Chief of Staff. Justin Rohde, Clearent’s Chief Transformation Officer will continue in that role and report to Ieuan. Scott Morris, Clearent’s SVP, Corporate Development will continue in that role and report to Ieuan. This team will be responsible for company strategy, our continued focus on growth through M&A, and our value creation plan, through the delivery of the ‘must get right’ Strategic Initiatives. Ieuan will join the Xplor Executive Team.
